Smart production equipment of Coal-bed methane

1.The main structure

Down hole equipment:Sensor, Frequency electrical submersible motor, protector, gas-liquid separator, multi stages centrifugal pump, check valve, relief  valve, motor flat cable, cable guard, power cable, tubing. Surface   equipment:   CBM   dedicated   wellhead, cable junction box, water tank, smart control unit, A frequency control unit, B water quality control unit.   

2. special  features

(1) ESP (electrical submersible pump) assembly installed at bottom most of tubing stem, the power transmit from motor to centrifugal pump directly, not transmitted by rod, so the power efficiency is higher

(2)The ESP has long performance life. Because there is a double saver above the electrical motor to balance inner & outer pressure, also to lubricate & cool the motor.         

(3)The multi-stage centrifugal pump has higher efficiency than rod pump, not only does the pump can suck fluid containing D<=4 mm solid particles, but can also separate 40% gas from fluid.        

(4)Guide impeller & shaft of centrifugal pump are made of high-nickel material, so the pump has good ability from wearing & long performance life.        

(5)Wash sand & dilute fluid periodicly & accordingly can extend pump life so that extend pump checking period.

(6)Pump output is adjustable in a very wide range from 0.2 m - 200 m  according to various wells.

(7)ESP adjust the frequency by pump output in which the lower Voltage & Amps are demanded, so it can save 15%-50% power.         

(8)The down hole sensor is easy to install. The accuracy of sensor can reach 5‰ that can provide         

3. Main function         

(1)According to various wells, Control fluid level dropping speed   as much as possible to meet the demand of stress sensitive coal-bed to maintain the maximum CBM production rate.

(2)System can record three months datum of down hole fluid level which can be collected, inquired and saved thru RS232 or 485 port on computer.         

(3)Smart control production rate according to various well.

(4)System can records 20 days production rate, also can be accessed at anytime.

(5)It can continuous dilute the fluid periodicly or random according to coal powder & sand production in various well.

(6)Main page on LCD: Voltage, Amps, Frequency, Downhole   fluid level, Downhole temperature, Wellhead temperature, Fluid production rate, Accumulative fluid volume, CBM production rate,                        Valve(on production line) position, Balance valve position.      

(7)Can Supply remote wireless data transmission & monitor system if client required.

4.Installation and maintenance

Smart production equipment of Coal-bed methane is a non-rod & complete automatic ESP system, it can achieve one year performance without pump check & workover. It’s the best system for deviated & cluster well, especially for multi-lateral horizontal well. It can be installed on all existing well without drilling new well.
